Isaac had so much fun. He got the "point" right away. Rachel was actually the one who got tired and wanted to go home, Isaac could've gone all night.
I know I don't have pictures of Levi, he wasn't feeling good, so didn't take part in Halloween this year...I guess there's always next year.

Happy Birthday Isaac

Can you believe it...Isaac is ONE! We had a birthday party for him on Sunday. It was great timing too, b/c that morning in church we were able to have him dedicated. It was very special. Here are some pictures for you all of the party. : )

*Sorry that i haven't posted in a while. I am feeling quite a bit better. But I still get really tired, I feel like I have a lot to still write about, so hopefully I will get back into the habit. :)

Trip to Nebraska- part 1

Our trip was a lot of fun! The first couple of days we were out at Jesse's dads. We went to Grand Island for fireworks. Jesse and I were amazed at how many people buy their own fireworks. We actually thought at one point we were missing the main show, but when we pulled up to the park, we realized that it was just another family putting off their own. Here in Virginia not many people do their own fireworks...and definitely not to the scale that they do in Nebraska. Here's Rachel with her cousin Kohl.


Rachel got to go fishing for the first time as well. & she actually caught something! She really enjoyed fishing with Grandpa & daddy. She even avoided getting chiggers (daddy & grandpa weren't so lucky).


& I did something for the first time too. I shot a gun. I know, I know, this is not like me, but I promise I wasn't shooting at anything alive...although Trapper (their dog) almost got shot a couple of times. It was actually pretty fun trying to get the cans. Here you can see the damage I did on one can.

And We're Off

We leave early in the morning for Nebraska...thankfully we are flying so will definitely be there in time for fireworks!

Happy Father's Day!

God has truly blessed me with great men in my life! He started by giving me my dad. My Dad is great! He is funny, understanding, hardworking, and thoughtful. I love you Dad!



And then He gave me Jesse! I love watching Jesse and Rachel play. They have so much fun together! Jesse is a very hands on parent, and says all the time to Rachel "I love being your dad!" Awwwwww :)
